Is Our Data Secure?
You bet! We take security and compliance seriously. Buddy has partnered with ChatBase and is SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliant, trusted by thousands of businesses to build secure and compliant AI Agents. Your data stays yours. Your plan coverage data is only accessible to your AI agent and is never used to train models. Individual claims information is not accessed or used. Data encryption. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard encryption algorithms.
Buddy cannot access individual claims history. Buddy can assist with what your employee's share. For instance, an employee is taking Wegovy and want's to know about a lower cost alternative, Buddy can assist, but unless your employee shares with Buddy that they are taking Wegovy, Buddy will not be able to know that information or access it from the Carrier.
Does Your Reporting Show Individual Chat Conversations?
Nope! The quarterly reporting will show topic trends at the group level and never individual conversations. Employees can trust that what they share with Buddy is 100% confidential.

Buddy will need to get re-trained and tested by receiving copies of the new benefit book(s). This process usually takes 48 hours and has a set-up fee of $250
